Returns and Refunds

We’re confident you’ll love the products in our New Zealand natural skin care and natural make-up ranges but if for some reason you are dissatisfied, please let us know without hesitation. If our products vary from our description of them we will certainly accept their return and refund your money.

We ask that you purchase our products for the use they are intended. We cannot refund products if you have decided that you ordered the wrong colour or incorrect product for the purpose you had in mind. We certainly do our best to make sure you are satisfied and credit rather than refund may be an option we choose at our discretion.

We ensure our goods are securely packaged and correctly addressed according to your instructions when you order. If goods are lost or damaged by the courier, please let us know straight away so we can arrange to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Check your packages before signing for them because once you have signed, it is accepted that you are happy with the condition of the parcels and no claim can be made on the courier or Clearburn Naturals.
