This sanitiser is made based the recommendations of The World Health Organisation.  This is NOT A NATURAL HAND SANITISER. It does contain alcohol 99% strength, hydrogen peroxide 3% food grade strength- both of these are recommended by WHO.  It also contains sodium lactate to moisturise. The alcohol is 83.3% of hand sanitiser, as recommended by WHO
